Megadeth @ The Thebby, October ’09

Two of metal’s biggest names on the same bill?!! Megadeth and Slayer – almost seemed too good to be true!

Well, for Adelaide punters it was. With Slayer canceling due to illness on show day, Megadeth were left with the option of a longer set, the Slayer fans camped out the front of the Thebby all day were left extremely pissed!

I was bummed, but knew the photography opportunities would be great either way!

Megadeth didn’t disappoint! Some classic metal poses, facials and stances presented non-stop photo opps and a set list that would keep any Megadeth fan happy for the whole show.
