Karnivool @ HQ, July ’11

Terrible lighting really let down what was otherwise an amazing show from Karnivool.

With such an expansive lighting rig hanging from the ceiling at HQ why they do not hire someone who knows how to light a band is beyond me?

Note to HQ: a band needs spot lighting from the front on the individual members (ideally white) IN ADDITION to the gelled lights you folks lean way too heavily on!

That lighting may work nicely when the venue is a nightclub, but for a live band, punters like to see the band!
